Title of Post: Education Technologist - Learning Systems Support

JOB SYNOPSIS
The Education Technologist - Learning Systems Support enables the effective use of the University’s digital teaching and learning platforms, including Brightspace VLE, MS Teams, Panopto and Turnitin. Based in the Education Technology team within ITD, the role provides operational support to staff and students, responding to system queries and issues logged via TOPdesk. The post holder will contribute to maintenance and enhancements of teaching and learning systems and support the delivery of Education Technology projects under the guidance of senior colleagues. Working collaboratively across ITD and the wider University, the role supports a consistent and effective approach to technology-enhanced teaching and learning.

Salary Scale: ¤43,942 - ¤55,732 p.a.
