We understand that many of you are continuing to experience difficulties with registration, and we appreciate how frustrating this situation has been. Please be assured that staff across the University, together with your Students- Union, are working hard to resolve these issues as a top priority. Below, you-ll find some guidance to help in the meantime.

Check your Email

If you-re a new TU Dublin student and you haven-t accessed your TU Dublin student account, please do so immediately, as this is where you will receive your Invitation to Register email. More information is available on our Technology Services website here.

Registration Guidance for Students (excluding those who sat a repeat exam or undertook an Erasmus or Work placement in 24/25)

If you have not received or cannot locate your Invitation to Register email, please try the following steps:



    If this does not work, we have published a Registration FAQ that explains the most common issues and how to resolve them. You can view it here.



Unfortunately, you may still experience an issue. If you encounter a registration issue that is not covered in the FAQ, please contact your School so that it can be logged and addressed as quickly as possible.

SUSI Applications (All Affected Students)

We know that delays in SUSI grant processing have created real challenges and uncertainty for many of you.

If you have not received your Invitation to Register email and cannot complete registration using this registration link , please complete this online form and upload your SUSI award letter.

This will allow TU Dublin to contact SUSI directly to confirm your eligibility and make sure any applications are moving forward.

Repeat Exams, Work and Erasmus Placements

If you sat a repeat exam or participated in Erasmus or a work placement in 2024/25, we are still transferring your records to the new system.
