Please click on Information for Applicants/Job Description link below for full job Research Fellow - PPI Ignite UL Programme Manager Applications are invited for the following position: Title of Post: Research Fellow - PPI Ignite UL Programme Manager JOB SYNOPSIS The PPI Ignite Network is an all-island partnership, led by RCSI, Dublin, and funded by the Health Research Board, bringing researchers, universities, organisations, charities and the public together to improve how health and social care research is shaped and carried out. Phase 3 of PPI Ignite UL (2026-2031) builds on over a decade of UL’s leadership as a founding member, supported by strong infrastructure, interdisciplinary networks, and established systems that sustain PPI capacity across the University and wider region. A Research Fellow is required to lead the research and capacity building agenda of PPI Ignite UL and support the activities of the wider PPI Ignite Network. Working closely with the PPI Ignite UL Academic Lead, the post holder will design and deliver programme activities including: (i) capacity-building -- such as partnership development, network development, training and education events, support for researchers undertaking PPI, and the establishment of a PPI panel at UL; (ii) research on PPI, with particular emphasis on equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) and implementation studies; and (iii) programme management and operational leadership for PPI Ignite UL activities.
